Note:
1.      All Fees if applicable to be paid at the Account Section Only.
2.      Forms will be issued and received by the Exam cell.
3.      Read instructions before filling the Exam Form.
4.      Reserved Category students have to attach Caste Certificate.
5.      It is compulsory to attached question paper and gazette copy to forms.
6.      No form will be accepted after the prescribed dates.
7.      For Revaluation student should have minimum eligibility marks. (Separate notice is displayed         for the same).
